How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time to check the status of your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@profay.store as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been placed, but we will do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ProFay products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

How do I return a product?

Simply email us at support@profay.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process step by step.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the product is faulty or not as described, we cover the return shipping. For other returns, return shipping costs may apply. Contact us and we will advise you on the best option.

Is FAY Hair Removal Mousse safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. FAY is formulated to minimise skin irritation and has been tested on sensitive skin. We always recommend doing a small patch test on a discreet area 24 hours before full application, especially if you have particularly reactive skin.

Which body areas can I use FAY on?

FAY is suitable for use on legs, underarms, and the bikini line. Always follow the instructions included with your product for best results and safety guidance.

How is FAY different from other hair removal creams?

FAY comes in a spray mousse format, meaning you never have to put your hands in the formula. This gives you more even coverage, reduces the risk of localised burns from over-application, and makes the whole process faster and less messy than traditional cream products.

How long do results last?

Results typically last several days longer than shaving. For best results, follow the usage instructions and apply to clean, dry skin.

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Please note that we usually need 24 hours to process your order. During periods of high demand, it can take up to 3 business days for an order to be ready for shipping. We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

As soon as you receive your tracking number by email, click the "Track order" button. There you can follow your order and get updates. You can also track your order manually by entering your tracking number, email and order number.

No problem. Minor delays can happen, for example because of upcoming or ongoing holidays when postal and delivery companies are not working. If your delivery is significantly delayed, or if you have trouble tracking your order, contact support@profay.store and we will be happy to help.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are time sensitive.
